Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education (foundation), established in 1989 with the approval of the Ministry of education, culture, sports, science and technology, the Ministry of justice and the Ministry foreign affairs for the purpose of improving Japanese language institutes in quality and letting foreign students study Japanese comfortably and at ease, is functioning smoothly under the guidance and assistance by the Ministries said above.
